As part of Science Week, Professor-Researcher of the Department of Bioengineering Systems, Doctor of Technical Sciences A.K. Kakimov conducted a scientific seminar for students, doctoral candidates, and young researchers on the topics “Registration in Scopus and Web of Science databases, article search, analysis, submission, and formatting in accordance with requirements” and “Grant funding competitions of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

During the seminar, issues related to improving the skills of young scientists in preparing scientific publications were comprehensively discussed, including the specifics of preparing articles for international databases such as Scopus and Web of Science, as well as methods for preparing documents required for participation in research projects and grant funding competitions. Participants asked their questions and received valuable advice.

The seminar made a significant contribution to enhancing the scientific potential of young researchers, developing skills in publishing high-quality articles in international databases, and expanding opportunities for participation in grant projects. The knowledge and practical recommendations gained will provide strong support for the participants’ future scientific work.
