Quality objectives

1. 1. Enhancement of teaching staff qualifications: Annual improvement of scientific or professional qualifications for at least three faculty members of the School.
2. 2. Development of research potential: Participation of at least one faculty member from each department in research project competitions funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. 3. Encouragement of professional achievements: Creation of conditions for at least one faculty member of the School to receive the national title of “Best University Teacher.”
4. 4. Strengthening international scientific activity: Publication of at least one scientific article per department in high-impact international journals.
5. 5. Improving the effectiveness of educational and mentoring work: Engagement of at least 60% of students in educational and university-wide activities.
6. 6. Expansion of academic mobility: Participation of at least four students and undergraduates in academic mobility programs in Kazakhstan and abroad.
7. 7. Graduate employment: Maintaining the graduate employment rate at no less than 85%.
