1. Increasing the degree of teaching staff of the faculty at least 3 people per year.
2. Participation of teaching staff from each department in competitions for the award of research projects financed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan - at least 1
3. Obtaining the title "Best Teacher of 2023" from among the teaching staff of the faculty - 1 teacher.

     4.Publications of faculty articles in foreign journals with a high impact factor - 1 articles.

     5. Increasing the coverage of student youth for educational activities held within the faculty and the university by 60%.

     6. Education of students and undergraduates under the program of academic mobility in universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad - 4 students.

     7 .Ensuring employment in the specialties of the faculty at least 88%.
