Within the framework of the “Silver University” project, at the Special Social Services Center No. 2 in Semey (Abay district), lectures on the course “Gerodietetic Nutrition” were conducted by G.T. Zhumanova and B.M. Kulushtaeva, lecturers of the Department of Food Technology at Shakarim University. The course lasted 48 hours and was implemented according to the approved curriculum, aiming to enhance knowledge in gerodietetic and rational nutrition for elderly people.
