PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of “Food Technology” Eleonora Kurmetovna Okuskhanova, visited Qazaq Astyq Group with group PP-201 at the oil extraction plant. Within the course “Technology of Vegetable Oil Production,” students successfully completed dual training, combining theoretical knowledge with practical work in production. The purpose of the event was to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience and to give students the opportunity to see the production process firsthand. Students became acquainted with modern technologies and studied the main stages of oil production.
Such events greatly expand the professional horizons of future food engineers and contribute to their adaptation to the industrial environment.
