From September 30 to October 12, 2024, at the Department of Food Technology of Shakarim University, partners from the People’s Republic of China conducted a seminar on “Current Trends in the Food Industry,” as well as master classes on working with SPSS and R software for data analysis.

During the seminar, current challenges and innovations in the food industry were discussed, including new technologies, sustainable production approaches, and food safety issues. The guests shared their advanced experience and explored opportunities for international cooperation.
