In Semey branch of LLP ‘Kazakh Research Institute of Processing and Food Industry’ held a meeting on programme-targeted financing (PTF) of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for 2024-2026.

The key topic of discussion - ‘Scientific substantiation, development and implementation of progressive technological processes, methods and solutions for complex processing of poultry carcasses’.

The session was attended by teachers of the department, leading scientists in the field of food technology: Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Kakimov A.K., PhD Esimbekov J.S., PhD Muratbaev A.M. and doctoral student Dukenbaev D., PhD in food technology.

The participants of the meeting discussed topical issues of the industry development, modern methods and technologies of poultry processing, as well as prospects for the introduction of innovative solutions. Special attention was paid to the issues of increasing the efficiency of production, improving the quality of products and reducing the environmental load.

Following the results of the meeting, priority research areas were identified and ways of further co-operation between science and industry were outlined.
